In contentious matters, Joeeta has successfully led multiple Oppositions and Appeals before the European Patent Office and provided support in UK, pan-European and US litigation matters.

Prior to joining the patent profession, Joeeta has several years of research experience in Alzheimer’s disease, Diabetes, Vaccines and analytical chemistry method development, thus appreciates the technical hurdles in scientific innovation.
