On the other, we draft and prosecute patent applications to obtain valuable protection, supplemented by the management of client portfolios including the renewal of rights as well as their licensing and enforcement by litigation. We also assist our clients in other commercial arenas by performing due diligence operations and in obtaining IP valuations.

For those with unfortunate experiences of losing rights we also provide an industry leading restoration and appeals service. We also provide adept advice in cases at the edge of patentability such as business methods and computer implemented inventions.
