New UK Trade Mark Registry Practice: Surveys and Experts
The UK Trade Mark Registry will, from 16 July 2012, update its practice regarding the submission of evidence in proceedings before it. In particular, as set out in Tribunal Practice Note 2/2012, it is revising the acceptability of survey evidence and expert witness statements.
